This full-service option includes routine lawn care, ongoing landscape manicuring, seasonal upkeep, and priority attention after storms, all handled proactively so you don’t have to request individual services.

This service is ideal for larger properties, busy homeowners, and clients who value consistent results, curb appeal, and peace of mind. We make real-time decisions based on the condition of your property to keep it clean, sharp, and well-maintained year-round.

What’s Included

Concierge Lawn & Landscape Care includes weekly lawn mowing and trimming, precision edging, hard-surface blow-off, shrub and bush trimming (maintenance level), hand-pulled weeds in landscape beds, mulch refreshing as needed, and seasonal leaf management. During leaf season, leaves are mulched back into the turf to naturally return organic material and nutrients to the soil.

Priority attention following storms or weather events is also included, helping maintain curb appeal and address debris or appearance issues promptly.

What’s Not Included

Irrigation services and fertilization or chemical treatments are not included. Major landscape installations, redesigns, or large-scale removals are quoted separately if requested.
